We ensure compliance with Part P electrical regulations and advise if any other building regulations apply based on the size, usage, and specification of your room. 

Yes - our builds include a full structural base, either concrete foundations or ground screws, depending on your site. We also install all electrics, lighting, sockets and consumer unit connections.
